Huge shout-out to my students who started to make connections in class, (whether it be in English or Business), by digging a little bit deeper into the material. This happened in all three classes today. In ENG3U, students started to see relationships between Romantic poets. In Business, students were helping one another with some advanced Microsoft Word features. In ENG2D, we were able to do some analyzing of literary devices, (similes and metaphors) and share.

I want to thank these students for going above-and-beyond, and demonstrating exactly what teaching and learning should be: a collaboration between students, lead by the teacher. You proved yourselves to me today, and I appreciated it!
